La Piscina de La Siesta. The pool at the La Siesta hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. My family and I traveled to Puerto Vallarta for Spring Break in 2022. Our resort concierge recommended a restaurant on the top floor of the La Siesta Hotel in downtown P.V. called El Panorama. Although we didn't stay at the hotel or get to use this beautiful pool, we had one of the best meals of our lives at their amazing restaurant.
