Shipping & Returns
- All items will be shipped within one to three business days after we receive payment and will include instructions for how to care for them, if applicable.
- We offer free domestic shipping in the United States for orders of $100 or more. Shipping costs for all orders less than $100 will be charged at your time of purchase.
- FedEx, UPS, and USPS will be carriers utilized domestically within the United States.
- For international shipments, we utilize DHL or whatever the most economical provider is.
- Typical times for shipment are generally one to seven days based on location and carrier. You will receive tracking information via email, if one has been provided by the carrier.
We pride ourselves in using the most environmentally-friendly, sustainable products that we can for our packaging needs. We only use plastic or foam products when absolutely necessary to protect delicate, breakable items. We will sometimes even reuse boxes and packing materials that we already have when possible to minimize waste. We highly encourage you to do the same!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We really hope you love your purchase, but if not, we do accept returns. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return within five (5) days of receiving your purchase. We will send you a return label for the packaging that was used to ship your item(s) to you. Once we receive your items, we will inspect them to ensure that they are returned in their original unused, undamaged, unwashed condition with tags still on. Pending that they meet these requirements, we will issue you your choice of either a store credit or a refund. If you elect to receive a refund, we will issue that for the full price that you paid minus the cost of return shipment and a restocking fee of 5%. For store credit, we will issue you the amount you paid for your item(s) minus the cost of return shipping. No restocking fee will be charged if you elect to receive said store credit.
